Eric Fredrikson I became seriously interested in maintaining my health when I went walking with two older friends in my late forties. After two hours I was close to total exhaustion, and realized that I had to do something physical to bring myself back to a healthy condition. I chose walking on a regular basis, and it changed my life. My condition improved; my sinus and asthma problems became less severe and belive it or not I started to lose weight. This led me to begin writing about health and wellness focusing on what people can do to greatly improve their health.
